Refund policy

At Narad Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide authentic Ayurvedic products with the highest quality standards. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

  • Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return once opened or used. This includes:

    • Ayurvedic medicines, health supplements, and consumables.

    • Oils, balms, powders, or any product with a broken seal.

  • Unopened & Sealed Items: If the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return & Replacement Process

  1. Contact our customer care within 7 days of receiving the order:

  2. Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Provide supporting images (damaged product, packaging, invoice, etc.) for faster processing.

  4. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup (if available in your pincode). If pickup is not available, you may need to ship the product back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days as per your payment provider’s policies.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer / UPI after customer confirmation.

4. Replacement

  • If you opt for a replacement, the new product will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved.

  • In case the product is out of stock, you may choose a refund or another item of equal value.

5. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with invoice, packaging, and all accessories.

  • Courier damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier partners, but we will assist in resolving claims.

  • Any fraudulent, repetitive, or unreasonable return requests may lead to order rejection or account blocking.
