Shipping policy

At Narad Ayurveda, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery process.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery to remote or restricted locations may take longer or may not be available. Customers will be notified if delivery is not possible to their pincode.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, festivals, or courier issues are beyond our control but we will assist in tracking and resolving them.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Fast Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above a certain value (if applicable).

  • For orders below this value or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

  • You can track your order on the courier partner’s website until delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, wrong contact details, or unavailability of the customer, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a damaged, tampered, or open package, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

  • In case you accept the package, please share unboxing images/videos within 48 hours to claim replacement or refund.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working towards expanding to overseas delivery soon.
